This system carries out a biological process that gradually decontaminates human waste, through appropriate hydraulic retention times that allow for the anaerobic septic degradation of organic matter. In this way, proper treatment of wastewater is carried out. As it is integrated, it has two Imhoff septic chambers for sludge settling and an anaerobic chamber for the degradation of organic matter.

The three chambers are integrated into a single system to achieve greater efficiency in water treatment. It includes two covers with a wide diameter to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the system. It also includes accessories for gas escape, 140 rosette-type filter units and PVC accessories. This product is suitable for burial.

Its horizontal design has reinforcement veins for greater resistance to external pressures from the ground and internal pressures from the product content. With a height of approximately 131 cm, it requires a shallow excavation to be buried. Additionally, the product is made of a single piece, without welds, which guarantees total tightness and minimum risk of leaks. To ensure the efficiency of the system, we recommend using the Plastic Rosette Filter Media for anaerobic treatment. These accessories improve porosity and increase the contact surface, so that the bacteria carry out the correct treatment in the Anaerobic Filter. The product includes 140 rosettes and does NOT include the bacteria.

Uses:
• Farms, country houses, homes, restaurants, institutions, schools, hotels, hostels, etc. (Residential, institutional and industrial).

Recommendations:
• The tank must always be placed on a horizontal concrete floor.
• To bury it, ensure that, once buried, the lid of the product is at most 30 cm below the ground level. In this case, we recommend the use of extension collars on both lids, to facilitate access to the tank.
• For assembly, leave 20cm around the tank. Fill with water as you tamp and install the system.
• Never leave the system buried without water, as this may create a risk of collapse. To perform maintenance, you must leave at least 50% of the water inside the system.
• For land with high water table, consult a technical advisor. Special assembly is required.
• We recommend performing periodic maintenance every year and checking for sludge and scale formation.
• For installation and maintenance: all three compartments must be filled or emptied at the same time.
• Do not extract water with a “vactor” system from any references
• Bacteria must be frequently applied to the anaerobic filter to ensure the degradation of contaminating particles in the third chamber of the system.
• Product measurements are in approximate cm.

  • Para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las bacterias en el sistema séptico.  Existen aguas negras y aguas grises: 

    Las aguas negras: Son todas aquellas aguas residuales que provienen de inodoros y lavaplatos. La carga orgánica contenida es altamente contaminante, por lo que se debe realizar un tratamiento de agua antes de filtrarse en el suelo, con el fin de evitar que se perjudique el subsuelo o los acuíferos de la región. Estas aguas son las que pasan por el sistema séptico.

    Las aguas grises: Son todas aquellas aguas residuales que provienen de lavamanos, lavaplatos y duchas, estas no deben pasar por el sistema séptico, debido a su alto contenido de jabones antibacteriales que pueden perjudicar el funcionamiento de las bacterias en el filtro anaeróbico.

    • Malos olores: Pueden ser causados por un problema en el tanque, en el campo de drenaje o por falta de mantenimiento.
    • Rebosamientos: Un tanque lleno puede causar rebosamientos en la superficie. Asegúrate de adquirir un sistema séptico de mayor capacidad, para garantizar unos tiempos de retención hidráulica acertados.
    • Áreas húmedas o encharcadas: Pueden indicar un problema en el campo de infiltración o drenaje.

    • Productos químicos: Detergentes fuertes, lejía, pinturas, solventes y otros productos químicos pueden matar las bacterias beneficiosas en el tanque.
    • Grasas y aceites: Las grasas y aceites se solidifican en las tuberías y pueden obstruir el sistema.
    • Toallitas húmedas: Aunque algunas sean biodegradables, pueden obstruir las tuberías.
    • Productos de higiene femenina: No deben desecharse por el inodoro.
